In compliance with the wishes of participants at previous conferences, tekom has structured the event more practically this time around. For example, there will now only be two podium discussions – on "Understanding quality" and "New mobile social media" – but more tutorials and workshops. Their topical bandwidth is extensive, ranging from user-friendliness plus the effectiveness and efficiency of technologies and new management methods to the question "What do those responsible for documentation have to know about translation and localisation".
